Andros Society of USA was established on June 2, 1929 and was reorganized and reincorporated on October 22, 1997, under the laws of the State of New York as a nonprofit, charitable organization. The society was established by a group of individuals originating from the island of Andros, in Greece.
The society was developed to promote and cultivate fellowship among the citizens of the United States who originate from the Island of Andros and to unite them through practice of traditions from Andros.
